It's easy to please the children with a jumper but it's another thing entirely to impress the parents and I want you to know we were all very much impressed with your high quality of service. I was especially pleased to see the jumper was so impeccably clean. Your phone calls were appreciated and the arrival was right on time. The set-up and take-down were quick and efficient and you and the young fellow who dismantled could not have been more pleasant or easier to deal with. May 18, 2004 Dear Jumpers Staff and Management, I just wanted to extend my appreciation for your wonderful company and staff. I ordered your carousel jumpers this past weekend (May 15, 2004) for my daughter's first birthday party. Your jumper was a total hit. All the kids at the party spent the entire day in it. It was definitely money well spent. When I called to order the jumper, the man who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. He then called the day before the party to confirm everything, as promised. On the day of the party, the jumper was delivered right on time by a friendly man who had it set up in no time. The carousel jumper was by far the cutest one anyone had ever seen. I was happy to give out your comapny name and number to all the parents who asked for it. It's not often that you get such wonderful, competent service and when it's such an important (and hectic) event that treatment is greatly appreciated. July 13, 2001 Dear Jumpers, I wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how extremely pleased I was with your service. After calling several companies inquiring about an inflatable jumper for my daughter's birthday party, I called Jumpers. You were friendly, helpful, and just plain nice. Since you reminded me I needed a permit from the park where I was having the party, you held a jumper for me, without demanding a deposit or credit card. The day before the party, I called in a panic asking for advice about a completely different aspect of my planned party, to which you offered a great suggestion, and helped me carry it through! At the park the day of the party, your set-up guy came, found my husband waiting in the area, and had the jumper up and ready to go so efficiently I could hardly believe it. And what a nice guy! He went back to your location, then came back to the park with additional items unrelated to the jumper just to help me out! And you didn't even charge me extra. He was just being nice and helpful. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at the level of your overall service. The jumper was a big hit with the kids, and your service was exceptional. I will always be back to Jumpers, and I will go out of my way to recommend you to others, as you went out of your way to help make my daughter's party a success. Thank you! May 1, 2001 Dear Jumpers: I just want to write this letter to thank you for providing me with outstanding customer service and an excellent product in my recent introduction to your company. Approximately three weeks ago, I began the planning process for a birthday celebration for my soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter and decided to rent an inflatable jump for a backyard party. Never having done so, I began calling several such businesses obtaining names from the yellow pages. When I dialed the number for Jumpers, I was immediately greeted with a warm friendly voice of a woman named Nona who explained the various jumps to me and said her personal favorite was "the carousel". She gave me the dimensions and I told her I'd call back to see if it would work out. A few days later I called back and talked to a gentleman named Jeff and was again impressed with the customer service and a good-natured personality. He informed me that the set-up guy named Steve would be at my house at 9:30 am on Friday, April 27th and would have everything up and running in 15 minutes. Well, not only did Steve arrive 15 minutes early, but he had the inflatable fully upright in 10 minutes! The jump was darling and so unique. My three-year-old and 20-month-old jumped in without hesitation and squealed with delight. The party, needless to say was a hit and the carousel was definitely a focal spot amongst the kids. I commend your staff for their professionalism & customer service and for making me feel at ease knowing this was one detail of the party I need not worry about. The product was more than I could have hoped for! I was most impressed by the quality and delightful design of the carousel. I can't thank you enough!
